This page will show and describe how I use my Canon 550ex Flash unit with the Nikon Fluophot microscope. It's pretty basic, but because of the way the scope itself is set up, it is only useful for static subjects. It takes about 3 seconds to focus on the subject then turn the knobs and flip the filters into place, then use the mouse to press the shutter button in EOS Utility.
